The apartment is situated on a hill in the region Pelican Keys. It has a balcony of ca. 14 m2 (not included in the m2 of the house)looking out on the Caribbean See at the left, Simpson Bay in the middle and the lagoon on the right. The apartment is light and has a lovely high beamed ceiling. All glass doors can be opened and all glass doors and windows have screens so you can enjoy the nice breeze day and night. We only use the airco in the bedroom during July/August. The house has its own parking space for two cars. The roof terrace of ca. 12m2 is situated on the roof of the parking area. It is a nice place to have a BBQ and also to enjoy the jacuzzi watching the stars.

We work online (for the European market) so WIFI is available everywhere in the house. The up/download is Caribbean though: 2MB/512KB.
