4-BR East Village apartment just off Avenue C. 2 floors. Young, elevator building. Building-shared patio out back... Great for BBQs and get-togethers. More likely for there to be 1 of the 4 bedrooms available than for all 4 bedrooms to be available. We also have a fold-out loveseat.
