At the top of the hills in San Rafael with beautiful views, private and at the end of a cul de sac, 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to the 101 fwy.
Upatairs is the driveway, garage which opens right into the kitchen, laundry room, the master bedroom (king bed) and bath, a half bath, dining room, living room and deck that looks out over the mountains and the bay. The living room has a giant TV set up wih cable and Google TV, a piano, fireplace and a delux play kitchen.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with queen size bed, a little girls room with a crib (could also be turned into a toddler bed, and a boys room with a crib. There is also a full bath with tub and two sinks and a games room with pool table, large TV set up with Xbox connect and a dart board. Off the games room is a large deck with a jacuzzi, day bed and sand box. The hillside is also landscaped with a pathway and garden.
We have a 2 1/2 year old girl and baby boy. The house is great for a family, lots of toys and child safety features. There is also a queen size blow up mattress that is very comfortable so a kids room could be used by adults or older kids.
